All our produce is freshly made by our overnight bakers and warm out of the oven at the opening hour. From artisan bread, traditional cakes & pasties to our famous Garrison Bakery sandwich range,  you can enjoy our baked goods with your breakfast,
lunch and dinner.

We have four bakeries in the Southend area. Come along and try out our array of baked goods and wide range of coffees, teas, milkshakes and smoothies! Our fourth shop on 815 London Road opposite Chalkwell Park has just opened so we currently have not got a picture for it yet!

Wholesale

Our wholesale service provides bread and cakes, baked to order, for our business customers. Delivering every morning (Monday–Saturday), we ensure your recurring orders are with you at the start of your day, fresh out of the oven.

Offering a range of breads, you can create a cocktail mix of wholemeal, granary or white bread in bloomer, medium box tin or large or small loaf size. Sliced thick, medium or left unsliced, every detail of your order can be customisable.

Catering

Got a special occasion coming up? We offer catering for buffet-style events with sandwich trays, cakes and pastries. Orders can be placed in person at our Shoebury shop or over the phone by calling 01702 292804. Your buffet will be collectable on the day at our Shoebury shop.
